with a "Hearts Festival" in downtown Bluffton. You can observe artists
who will be creating their art/craft outside on designated streets -
painters, sculptors, pottery makers, gilders, and jewelry designers.
Visitors are welcome to observe artists at work and browse all the art
galleries that line Calhoun, Boundary and May River Roads in Bluffton
and maybe find a gift for your favorite Valentine. Music and food from
local restaurants will be available, while children can participate in
Sidewalk Chalk Art and enjoy the performance of a local clown. All
visitors can enter to win our Sweetheart Package offering a getaway
weekend - two night stay in the Mini Pearl Cottage in Bluffton,
complete with champagne and roses, along with breakfast, lunch and
dinner at local restaurants. You can enter to win at every shop you
visit during the festival. Participating shops/galleries of this event
and the getaway package will be identified by Red Balloons. The public
is invited to come and enjoy the experience of watching artists at work
while browsing all the wonderful galleries that line the streets of
